Shipping Policy
Foster Customs ships orders within the United States. Internation shipping is not available through our online checkout at this time.
Shipping Rates
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $60 or more.
• Orders under $60 are charged the applicable standard shipping rate at checkout.
• Express Shipping is available for $15.Estimated Delivery
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after shipmentPlease note that shipping and delivery estimates refer to transit time after your order has been completed and shipped. Custom and personalized products may require additional production time before shipment.
Custom Orders
Custom engraved products may require customer approval of a design proof before production can be completed. Delays in proof approval may delay the shipment date.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact Foster Customs as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Foster Customs through our website's Contact page with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will work with you to help resolve the issue.
Carrier Delays
Foster Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control
